Where is LF-Class.pem file?

The key files are not part of the tarball.
You can generate .pem or .ppk key files if you are setting up your VMs for private-public authentication, or just use the typical user + password login method. Watch the how-to videos available in the introductory chapter of the course to learn how to generate a .ppk key.

For cloud VMs you could let the cloud compute service generate the necessary keys that can be downloaded to your workstation and used for ssh authentication.
