Hello, can someone please respond to TCCS-151103, its been 2 days and my exam voucher expires soon

the CKA exam errored out with CLIENT ERROR and RESET DESKTOP message after a sluggish interface(the characters were self typing and my cursor was floating and hard to control) and closed all the windows, the proctor said open ticket with PSI, so opened ticket with PSI with a phone call and the lady was not much help either and said open trainingsupport.linuxfoundation request, told me to close the browser and redo the whole signing in process (which took 20 mins or more) since they wanted to see everything in the room. PSI said they cannot guarantee if i will not have same issues and lost time back.

    We apologize for the issues encountered during the exam. It can take up to several business days for the LF Customer Support Team to assign and address tickets, as each one is processed in the order it is received. Rest assured that once they start working on your ticket they will work with you to reschedule the exam at a later date.
