Course introduction videos unavailable

Dear Sir or Madame,

The LFS258 Kubernetes Fundamentals videos are not available.
Instead, a descriptive text is shown.

For instance:
"This video provides a short summary for the Basics of Kubernetes chapter."

I am on Firefox. I disabled all of my extensions to see if it would solve the issue and cleared my cache.

    Hi @fasmy

    The videos do work. We recommend that you try using Chrome. One other reason why you are not able to see them may have to do with restrictions in place in your region from your internet provider or network.

    Sorry to post in an old thread but I am having the same issues as fasmy, the introduction videos are unavailable and only the alt-text is shown.
    I have already tried Chrome but the same issue persists.

    I hope you can help resolve this issue @fcioanca

    Hi @alexkopp

    The videos do work on our end. Unfortunately, this indicates that something is blocking the videos on your end: a firewall, network provider, restrictions in your region, etc. You could try to use a different browser, a different device, or, if you are, for example, taking the course at work, try doing it at home, using a different internet network.
