Missing Code and Context in "Instruments to Measure Golden Signals - Views (1)"

There are two issues on this slide.

First, in this block of code
provider = MeterProvider(metric_readers=[metric_reader], resource=rc, views=views)
rc has not been defined anywhere prior to this point (I went back through all the slides and could not find it anywhere, though it does exist in the solutions code).

Second, the adjust aggregation of an instrument code block is poorly formatted and does not specify where this code should be inserted.
