Cannot schedule CCA exam

I had completed required steps long time ago, and still Schedule button is disabled.
It's not working in different browser.

  If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you.
