Exam rescheduling: need urgent help

I have accidentally Booked my CKA first attempt on 6th July 2026 5 a.m instead of 4 p.m and missed to take it . i have created a support ticket for this and i still didn't get any reply .I appreciate some directions on below from someone

Since this was a honest mistake can i sit for a second sitting for the exam ? My voucher expire on 10th July.
What is the SLA for support team to get back to me with a reply ?
in the portal it says "Status: Grading in progress." and it's been nearly 48 hours .but still the same

    If you already opened a ticket at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, response time can take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays), as each ticket is assigned and processed in the order received. Once the team assigns your ticket, they will assist you in rescheduling your exam at a later date.
