Not sure if my CKS exam was taken into consideration

I had my CKS retake exam today (2/06/2025), during the test I had some issues with the PSI environment, at the begining I lost 20min of the countdown because I got kicked from the environment and 4 minutes before the end of the exam I got kicked out from the environment, on the second time, I re-start again PSI and I went thought the checks and then I found that the exam did end. I had no other things to do except ending the exam session which I did. but later I didn't receive any email that confirms the exam completion which I used to receive when I passed CKA. and on my portal I still see the last exam time, normally it's should be something like "grading in progress", 
so I'm not sure if my exam will be scored or not.

I opned the ticket, I think it will take some days before the support team respond, I was just wondering if my exam will be scored or I should take it again.
