CKA Exam Score Delay – No Response from Support for 5 Days
I took my CKA exam five days ago, but I still haven’t received my results. I reached out to support, but they haven’t responded to my ticket or provided any update. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? How long did it take for you to get your score? Any advice on how to escalate this?

If you have already opened a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, please note that response time can take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays). Each ticket is assigned and resolved in the order received - there are no escalation options.
Rest assured that the Support team will respond to your ticket.
