Unable to Access My Exam Scheduled for March 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM (Europe/Paris)

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue accessing my exam scheduled for March 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM (Europe/Paris). When I click on "Take Exam", I receive the following error message:

"We regret to advise that due to an internal system problem, your Exam will not provision correctly and therefore will NOT be available to launch."

I have already checked the system requirements, and everything is in order.

I would appreciate your assistance as soon as possible, as the exam was scheduled for today.

I need to pass the exam today.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling your exam at a later date. Please note that response time can take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays), as each ticket is addressed in the order it is received.
