Service Request need urgent attention

Hi Team

I have raised service request TCCS-104947 and TCCS-104932 there is no response for these requests it is very urgent can someone help how I can involve support team for help here

    The Training team, responsible for forum monitoring, is unable to assist with exam-related issues or expedite customer support responses. Please note that creating multiple tickets will not speed up the process or provide additional help. Tickets are handled in the order they're received, and processing time may span several business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the volume of inquiries. Rest assured our Customer Support team will assist you when they start working on your request.
