I was not allowed by PSI proctor to give the CKA exam.

Describe the issue that occurred and describe the behavior you were expecting

PSI proctor not allowing me to attend exam stating the name of my ID card and PSI profile is different.
I had open PSI and LFS support tickets, since this is LFS related issue as also stated by PSI I want to follow up here if anybody from support can help me with re-schedule/reset my first attempt.
Ticket is still not assigned to anybody.

    We are sorry to hear about the issue encountered with the exam. Please note that response time can take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays). Rest assured that the LF Customer Support team will assist you once they assign your ticket.
