If I generate a kernel panic on init/initramfs.c is it possible to see the message?

I have tried to use the kernel version with panic, but my computer did not show anything.
So I rebooted and used a previous kernel version that did not have the panic error.
However, I can not see the panic message on any file inside ./var/log
So is it possible to see the panic messages of initramfs?
