TCCS-95479 Issue during examination almost i left my 45-60 min in troubleshooting PSI browser issue.

1]When proctor start my exam during that time from my side it’s showing disconnected message over the exam host with asking reset desktop. i was able to see the question but not able to get the terminal from the candidate machine due to reset desktop message prompt.

2] Latter on PSI technical team involved did the troubleshooting by their end and ask me refresh desktop, then it was work. only for 1-2 seconds and again it showed disconnected message over screen.

3] Again PSI team ask me to reload the entire exam by 3-4 times, then i was able to the question and candidate machine.

Here I left my 45-60 min exam time. Please help me here to take retake.
