CKAD PSI crash

It is first time that I have to handle such scenarios that exam system crash in middle of my exam.Due to I was unaware of this type of issue would happen,I almost give up. So i just try luck to login into account again and also have to go through check-in again which cost me more than 20mins. While i was struggling to checking in.I also call that help number but there seem to a long queue in front of me. So that is really aweful experience to me.While resume the exam.I have to keep telling myself calm down and concentrate as I was afraid it crash again.I hope there would be some warning about this happen.As once it happen, you even can’t do live chat.
