CKA exam has disconnected it shows network issue moved to feedback form
Hi i scheduled my exam on January 2 at night 9 I have attended 8 question after it suddenly disconnected it showed network issue and it moved to feedback form still I have 69min time is ther but it disconnected I raised the ticket how many days they respond. Please help me how much time they will respond.

Response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays), as tickets are addressed in the order they are received. Rest assured that once the Support team starts working on your ticket they will assist you in rescheduling your exam.
