Hi ,

cka exam was suspended due to username during PSI verification , registration name and ID name was not same

it's completed 48 hours no retake and not help
I raised the ticket also did not get any help

    We apologize that you are encountering issues. Please note that opening multiple tickets will not speed up processing. Tickets are assigned and processed in the order they are received and processing time can take multiple business days (no weekends or holidays) depending on the number of tickets in the queue.
