When I click Launch Exam Button I am getting an error

When I click on Launch Exam button I am getting following error

Error while creating PRS request. Please contact your administrator.

This happened when I was at home, so this time I come to office but same error,

Please help me on this, I have already created tickets but it's very frustrating situation,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. The Linux Foundation Customer Support team will assist you in rescheduling the exam at a later time. If you have opened a ticket with them at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, it can take several business days (no holidays or weekends) for the Support team to respond.
