where can I get LF-Class.pem file?

If its an instructor led class, then the instructor hands over the pem/ppk keys to login to the virtual machines.

If not, then you will have to generate/use your own keys and setup your own Virtual machines. Refer to the video "setup the lab environment" by Tim in the first chapter for further details.
