Exam status still pending after 2 days

Hello,
I planned an exam session and was not able to connect.
I understand it's my responsibility.
The bundle I bought (course+certif) includes a free retake.
I want to plan a retake asap but the exam status is still stuck in waiting state and I cannot plan my retake.

I tried to enter a support ticket there https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/15 but there seems to be an issue with the from processing, I have an error even after 10 retries.

Could you please help me?
