i am not getting support for this case no .(TCCS-73025)

this is the case ID (TCCS-73025), which is pending since from last 12 hour, not getting any support from Linux foundation team. still no engg, is assign to the case. don't know i will got the support or else it's just formulaties....

Q. anyone have any idea when support engg. assign to they will really assign.??
Q. telphone contact no. to ask the status of TT
