Is express-generator allowed to be used during exam?

Are we allowed to do npx express-generator --view=ejs myapp during the exam?

  I don't think there's any restrictions when it comes to dependencies from npm.
  I plan on using express-generator on every task :-)
  It helps you with all the boilerplate!
