Had an issue when sitting for the CKA exam

Hi Team,

When I sit for the exam, PSI (I was very unhappy with their service as well) simply rejected my exam process saying my passport name is different from the name I have provided in Linux foundation profile. I have checked multiple times prior to the exam and my name is exact match of the name in my passport. This is the PSI support ticket (3203075) and asked me to raise a ticket with you. Here is my ticket number -TCCS-61173. Please help me out here to reschedule my exam again as I am running against time and it was very confusing when dealing with the PSI.
