sudo apt result, "no apt package but snap available"

Hi I am fairly new, so in lab 2.2 where installing apt programs for kube ctl etc there was this error: (please let me know if that is expected and elaborate some on what it is trying to tell us) thanks
error this Revision of snap kubeadm was published using confinement, may perform arbitrary etc... ..if you understand add --classic and retry
