PSI Secure browser failed to launch

When I tried to lunch the PSI browser for exam on "Jan-07-2023", it did not launched. It was only showing the loading text and after few minute it was giving “timeout error” and “Error occurred getting org configuration”. I tried re-installing PSI browser and re-launching it multiple times but every time I was getting the same error.

Even “Exam Preparation Checklist” screen is also not updating. “Take exam” section is still showing “in progress” status.

Please help me, so I can take my exam.
