Unable to schedule CKA exam

From last 4 days, I am trying to schedule CKA exam but I couldn't schedule it. Whenever I click on "schedule", it is showing it is processing (like below) and after 30 mints it logged out.

Please suggest how to schedule the exam.

  Please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you.

  Hi,

  Problem is still persisting. I have opened a ticket. From last 25 minutes, after clicking schedule, I am seeing this below page. After 5 more minutes, I will be logged out.
