Unable to Launch CKA Exam

My CKA exam was scheduled on 08/05/2022@09:30PM IST but the launch exam button was not working and kept on showing below msg
Kindly help me

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the exam. Please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist in rescheduling the exam at a later date.
