I didn't see any process for loading training workstation

You should use the ISO for whatever distro you are using (say Ubuntu 20.04 or CentOS-8-Stream) after you download it from the distro web site, do a basic install with it (maybe 15 minutes max) and then run the ready-for.sh script from https://training.linuxfoundation/cm/prep as described in the description for your course, also just a few minutes.
