I am not able to start my exam... please help ASAP.

My exam is scheduled to start at 9 AM CST

    no proper support.. very upset.
    PSI chat interaction : i feel like chatting with a bot not human.
    call support : they redirected me to psi chat

    I also received an email saying about internal system problem, and my exam will not provision correctly, therefore will not be available to launch. Is there any ETA for the fix?
