[cryptosetup] mkswap

In lab 22.2 "Encrypted Swap" item (6), the swap can be mounted with a label thanks to the command sudo mkswap -L SWAP /dev/sda11. But maybe it's sudo mkswap -L SWAP /dev/mapper/swapcrypt?

  NO. Please read the exercise. This step is about restoring the original situation which is unencrypted, not about using the encrypted one.
