cgcreate config file

Guys, please help, where cgcreate save the created control group ? i am trying to find it for awhile with no success,
It is not /etc/cgconfig.conf

  Oh sorry!
  Seems its a volatile entry located
  in:
  /sys/fs/cgroup/
  Until system reboot, i just realized it after posting.
