I came across https://www.datapath.co.uk/datapath-products/video-wall-software for software but not sure if its free, try google open source video wall software or digital signage software

We're using ProSigns which is a good bet. And the price is right. Not hard to use. and by far has the nicest UI out of all the digital displays screens CMS's I've used in the past.
