Course Resources: Lab 9.2 already contains finished solution

I downloaded the Course Resources on Sunday 25/10/2020 and at least in that version of the course resources, the contents under ch-9/labs-2 already contains a working solution, i.e. running node validate (after npm install) gives all tests passed.
