Why don't I see my posted and edited discussion topic?

Hello,
A few minutes back I posted a new discussion for a course Chapter 9.
Then I edited it to correct a sentence and saved it.
Now I do not see the discussion in the forum anymore.
There was a message that it is going to be moderated by a moderator?
This happened once before and I did not see the discussion show up after waiting for a day.
Do I have to create it again? Why does this happen?

The platform automatically flagged your post as spam, most likely because there are URLs. The LF team reviews the spam folder periodically for posts that are not actually spam and unflag them. You should now see your post.
