Wifi does not work on a laptop
Options
The laptop sees my wi-fi, but the signal is weak. The problem is definitely in the laptop HP 15-ba000. The signal is so weak that it is enough only for sites, and if you watch the video, it takes a long time to load and every 30 sec-2 minutes it is loaded again. Although there are times when the signal is not bad and the video can be watched for a long time and you can even download something, the signal itself changes forever, then it is weak, then average. installed Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia Cinnamon Ubuntu, 64-bit

I wonder if you could open it up and make sure the wifi card and antenna are both seated properly and there are no breaks
