Why do we have to taint the nodes

Hello Masters,

I wonder why do we need to taint a node in oredr to set up the cluster ? I see as per the recommendation this is only for the non prod envs but still curious to know why ?

Thanks in Advance!

    Hi @shubhasismathur,
When setting up our cluster we are actually removing a taint. The Master node is initially tainted during the cluster bootstrapping to prevent the Scheduler from assigning client workload on the Master node - typical production setup. Since we are setting up a limited number of nodes, we convert our Master into a part-Worker node also.
