Test Grading Details?

Without violating any "sanctity" - does anyone know if partial credit is given for multi-part questions. For example, a scenario may list do tasks 1 through 4. If one does items 1 and 2 correctly, but does not attempt items 3 or 4 - is it a total waste? Or maybe 2% of the 4% it was rated for? It is valuable to fully understand whether to spend TIME on things when a quick scan shows indicates there is 1 item you know you don't know for example. Understanding DETAILS gives opportunity to make better strategic decisions on both LFCS and LFCE. I am hopeful that this is a "safe forum" in which to ask questions to help both myself and others.
