Small errors on LFS201 course

The 11.12.d knowledge check shows check boxes, but the only good answer is "all of the above" as if they were radio buttons. It's not consistent.

In 13.6.b, the vmstat "bi" and "bo" meanings are inverted. It should be "read from" for "bi" and "written to" for "bo". At least, it's what the man page says (bi: Blocks received from a block device).

    Thanks. Fixed in both English and Spanish versions for the next release. Unfortunately we cannot make these types of small changes on the current version as we have to upload an entirely new version when we do.
