Exercise 7.6 replacement proposal

Honestly I don't see any use for it, nobody will send to CA the certificates. I would propose to replace it with an exercise on redirecting from http to https for created vhosts (ipvhost and namevhost), because 7.5 applies only to the default vhost.

    Thank you for the input.

    These days self-signed-keys are considered less than optiomal so we do need to be able to collect the information to send to the CA to get a registered certificate.

    Your sudgestion of remapping a http request to a https one is interesting lab exercise, it will get submitted for inclusion in the material.
