Possible typos in Table 2.6 CIDR Network Netmasks

The table currently reads:

CIDR/19 Dec 255 255 192 0

CIDR/19 Dec 11111111 11111111 11000000 00000000

Should it read?:

CIDR/18 Dec 255 255 192 0

CIDR/18 Bin 11111111 11111111 11000000 00000000
