Cannot launch the course

I have just ordered and paid this course.

I click 'Launch course' link on my portal page.

And I see https://lms.360training.com/lms/login.do page. I have no account there.

How can I lounch the course?

    Hi everyone one, im new here too, and i don't know if there is a specific thread for my issue, but i hope you can answer my question: is the LMS page down? i tried several times to log in but the page seems to be down.
