No LVM tools in ./ready-for.sh

Guess most have figured it out but no LVM tools are included in Ubuntu 14.04 './ready-for.sh --install LFS201'.  I needed to install LVM2 manually.  Seems like an oversight as LVM is covered in Lab 16.

  Hi,

  I confirmed that ready-for.sh won't install the lvm2 support. I think it's good idea to include it. I'll talk to the team about it.
