Downloading Windows 7 from a .ISO File

This may be a duplicate of someone else's question, but until someone can actually give me an answer, I'm going to keep asking.

Recently, a friend gave me an old computer of his, which is running Linux Mint 17.2. However, I *do not* want Linux as my OS. At all. I have a copy of a Windows 7 .ISO file, which I've copied onto a flash drive since I don't have a disk drive. However, I can't figure out how to install Windows 7.

If someone could please help, I'd really appreciate it.
