I had my exam today, I was waiting I had no response

I didn't have a sponsor couldn't launch the exam


  • I can't even get in touch with a sponsor or how can I chat with him/her

  • and now I can't even re schedule my exam...

    We apologize for the issues you encountered during your exam. If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with our Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, and they will assist in rescheduling the exam at a later date.

    I had the same happening to me this morning. I was in a cycle between the PSI website (pressing launch exam button) and the PSI secure browser. I never had a proctor connection appearing (and I did the self check-in 3 times).
    I assume that after the check-in, a proctor connection is established in the same secure browser. Could you let me know when it works for you, what did you do differently?
